When people hear the term “mental clarity” they feel it kind of tricky, especially those who are having hard time in taking the decisions. But believe me, it is not a rocket science to clear your mind for better process of thoughts. 


To understand this term more properly, I have an example for you. In winters, when the fog covers up everything around us than it becomes a bit hard to see through it. 


Now if you are on the road and you have to reach somewhere in that heavy fog then that fog will make it hard for you to see the way. Everything becomes foggy and blur and you won’t be able to find your way easily. 


That’s exactly what happens with us when our mind become cloudy and blur. This blurriness affect our thought process and make it hard to choose. Right choice is a key to good life but if you can’t think straight than how are you supposed to take right decisions? 


For this, you need to have clarity in your mind and thoughts because this blurriness can also alter your interests.


Now you might have a question in your mind that how are we supposed to get mental clarity and clarity in thoughts? So, to understand this you first need to know the causes of thus mental cloudiness. 

  • People who don’t take enough sleep every night
  • Stress over things very easily
  • People who are in depression 
  • Don’t eat right food
  • Keep thinking before sleeping 
  • Are afraid to speak their mind 

                 and so on! 

If you are doing any of these things then there might be chances that you don’t have clarity in your thoughts. 

But as we know there is nothing in this world without a solution. This problem also have solution. 

Few basic solutions are the vice-versa of the causes of mental blurriness (of course) such as taking proper and good sleep of at least 8 hours and taking good diet etc. 

But the best way to achieve this clarity is “Meditation.” Meditation is a key to healthy and happy life. You can get mental clarity as well as you can make your thought process easier and strong by meditation.

Now, some people says that, “I am not good at meditation. What else I can do?” Answer for this question is meditation is not the only option for getting clarity in thoughts. There are ways to achieve this calm and clarity in no time. 

  1. Whenever you feel tired and unable to think about something important than simply stop doing everything and take few deep breaths and calm yourself (you can close your eyes as well if you want). This will help you in clearing your mind from thinking about random and useless stuff. These useless and random stuff keep our mind full and make the thought process harder.
  2. When so many things are going on in our mind, we don’t pay attention to what is necessary. In such case, you can also take someone’s help. Ask your friend, family to listen to you. Share your thoughts with them and ask them for suggestions because 2 minds are better than one. (If you don’t have a good listener than don’t worry. You are the best listener for yourself always remember that).
  3. Do the things you love to do like outdoor/indoor games, music, dancing or drawing anything you want. Such things are best to unwind yourself when you can’t think straight. Doing the thing we love makes us happy and clear our mind. 
  4. Last but not the least, ask your heart what you should do when it comes to take decisions and you have no clarity in your thoughts. The reason behind this is our mind thinks too much and give us many options. Our heart gives us the only best option.

But don’t forget mental clarity is no use for you if you are not sure if your decisions. Making the choices fast does not mean you have clarity in your thoughts. 

Believing in your decisions and standing with them no matter what means you have mental clarity now.
